Highly recommend Bombay Computers for anyone in Navi Mumbai looking for expert tech support. Rizwan has been taking care of my MacBook for almost 3-4 years now, and his expertise is truly impressive. He has in-depth knowledge of the entire Apple ecosystem, but what’s even better is that he’s equally proficient with Windows machines. It’s hard to find someone so versatile and technically sound. Very poor service. I gave my MacBook Air to Bombay Computer for repair. They kept my laptop for one week, and after that the MacBook stopped working again.
When I contacted them, they clearly said no warranty and no responsibility for the repair. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. They did not explain any warranty terms before taking payment.
Because of this, I wasted time and money. I do not recommend this shop for MacBook repairs.
I had a fantastic experience with these guys. They had my Mac picked up from home, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and delivered the machine home - all within 2-3 days. Mike is a genuinely nice and customer-focused guy ✔️
My Sons MacBook screen was replaced here by paying a high price. Unfortunately, the screen stopped working in just 2 weeks. He was having his exams at the time and the stress lead him to almost a nervous breakdown.After exams when contacted them, they refused to take responsibility or provide any support.
This is unacceptable service – overpriced, substandard parts, and zero accountability. A professional repair should come with at least a basic warranty, but here you get excuses instead.
Strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this shop with your expensive devices. They’ll happily take your money, but when their work fails, you’re on your own. My Hardworking Sons savings through his part time job savings all were wasted and it's unable to bear his state.
