The overall pricing is very high compared to other vendors.

They really talk well & the staff is good in keeping good terms with the customer even the owner himself.

I gave it for service considering that even if they are overpriced they will do a good job considering they are so nice to talk but in fact they did a bad job and something else stopped working in the car & that was not paid attention to & when I asked why this noise is coming I was told yeh Humko nahi pata hai - humne toh ispe kaam nahi kiya

This service center is one of the closest alternative to the OEM. In some rare cases, even better. Especially to those own renault or nissan cars where there is hardly one or two service centers in the entire Mumbai city, this service center would be really handy to those who are staying near Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali etc, Don't get deceived by the substantially lower price being quoted here. The quality of the service being provided here is quite commendable and honest which includes hassle free pickup and drop at free of cost. Highly recommended people to become your regular garage guys.

I got my Honda City got repaired from B M Auto. It had some suspension issues.
Earlier also, I got it serviced from them a few times, including pre-monsoon, interior cleaning, paint touch up and polishing.
The owner, Mr. Mehboob was easy to approach.
So far, never had any after service issues. Work done was satisfactory.
Delivery of vehicle was on time committed.
Charges were fairly decent, even cheaper than other quote at a couple of times.
