We had a big drainage problem, so we called them to clean the lines and clear the blockages in Panvel. They used the right machines and got everything cleared up fast. Super efficient and professional team!
TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. Had a discussion with Mr Sayyad for my bathroom drainage blockage issue. As per discussion, charges were only to be paid after resolving of issue. The person who visited at my place doesn't seem to be professional as they were not having enough equipments to resolve the issue and were asking me if i have any of the equipment which can be used for blockage removal. After many attempt they fail to resolve the issue and were asking for travelling allowance. Also the travelling allowance which they were asking for a distance of 1.5km was 100 rs. The issue is not money but the word i had with Mr Sayyad that they will only charge once inspection has been done and issue has been resolved. After calling Mr Sayyad he was not able to answer for the ongoing situation and proper resolving of issue. Requesting team to be more professional and specific about the Charges to avoid such issues that i faced today.
