Used Birla White Waterproof Wall Putty (~15 bags) at my residence. After proper application and sanding, pinholes appeared across all walls.
Complaint was registered on 04/03/2026 (ID: EML3230). Company team visited twice (19/03/2026 & 22/03/2026) and confirmed the issue. Samples were collected but no lab report has been shared.
Despite verification, the complaint was closed without resolution. Payment proof has been provided. Issue still unresolved.
