This crusher gives me lots of trouble. I have tried to contact. But no one picking up the call.
It is the second time water is blocked in the machine, and due to the pressure the side valve top coming out and spread the watste water all over the kitchen.
No idea what to do. Hardly one year old only this machine
I bought the BinCrusher FCD-520, from Amazon in May 2020. It works very well and since a month it stopped working. I figured out EcoGreens is the company which sells it thru Amazon. I called them up, the gentleman whom I spoke with guided me on what could be the issue and explained to me that this BinCrusher has a fail safe, a reset switch that pops out to avoid any damage to the machine and the users and stops working. He guided me on how to reset the fail safe and Lo n behold, the BinCrusher is working as good as nothing had gone wrong.
This was an opportunity to make money on a service call for the company but instead they guided me to check for the fail safe and call back if that fails. It was a very honest call from the company, I am totally sold on their honesty and trustworthiness. God Bless
This product is just great. I was thinking if government can provide some rebate and make it mandatory for all houses to install this machine so wet waste problems can be eliminated forever. The installation was quick and easy to use.
Best innovative Imported Crusher both for domestic and industrial types are available. I have installed 3 Crushers and are working fine. Customer services and prompt response late praiseworthy.
I have installed BinCrusher few weeks ago. Was in a dual mind about installing. My family is always keen for having such kinda gadgets. And finally we decided to install. After installing BinCrusher, my family members are relieved of all wet waste. The best part is non-veg waste is crushered, so the smell and flies are no more in the kitchen. Its a great innovation and must have in every house...
