With great trust, I gave my car 2009 Honda City Ivtec for water leakage issue to Big Top auto garage, my car had water leakage issue in the dicky and at rear passengers' feet area, Mr. Sameer kept the car for a week, after a week he called me to collect the car, with great bravado Mr. Sameer confirmed he has fixed the issue and charged be a hefty amount, place where I live our society valet, parks my car on stack parking, but to test if leakage issue was really resolved, I parked car in the open and when it rained last week, same issue resurfaced, took the car back to him, initially Mr. Sameer got really hyper on me and spoke very rudely, he admitted to the mistake in the work done and asked me to leave the car, On completion of work he called me to collect the car, when I went to collect it to my dismay found that they had done real shoddy work, absolutely pathetic finishing, will observe, if I get the same issue again. BTW though it's an old car but it is in cream condition except minor niggles!! highly recommend staying away from Big Top auto garage.
