Amazing sense of responsibility and care towards the ideas and thoughts of the client - enjoyed working with Satish ji, he's always available to discuss new options, ideas, communicates clearly about what is feasible. I couldn't see the furniture until it was delivered, but the final product was exactly as I had imagined and even better. Definitely recommend him, especially if you're looking for customisable furniture.
Absolutely thrilled with our custom-made teakwood and cane sofa and coffee table – beautifully crafted, elegant, it was exactly what we wanted! Satish was incredibly helpful and professional throughout, offering expert guidance and thoughtful design advice. BIC also did a fantastic job repairing and re polishing our dining set and a side table – they look brand new! All of this at a very fair price. Highly recommend!

We placed an order from USA for several furniture pieces with BicFurniture. Mr. Satish was extremely patient during the design and build process. His carpenters did an excellent job and all the pieces were made per the specs. The workmanship is superb. In addition, Mr. Satish was able to coordinate with the shipping company and the customs to clear the shipment. The shipment arrived on time. We were also impressed with the packing - each piece was packed in a separate crate and none of pieces were damaged during the shipment. I would highly recommend BicFurniture for any domestic or international orders.
We were pleasantly surprised by the cordial attention that was give to our requirements and expectations when we visited the modest premises of bicfurniture. We were properly kept informed about the status of our order. The arrangements for delivery were carefully worked out. The bed that was delivered actually better than what we had expected. We wanted our teak bed simple yet elegant. That is what we got! I cannot say I will be a repeat buyer because such items are purchased for a life time! But I will surely recommend bicfurniture to all home makers.
