We were looking for the best nursing care at home mumbai after my father’s surgery, and BHN CarePlus+ exceeded our expectations. The nursing staff is highly professional, punctual, and handled all clinical requirements with great expertise. It made the recovery process so much easier for our family.
I was told that an 'experienced' male care giver will be available at 8am at the hospital location that i had provided on the previous day. Care giver spoke to me, verified the address the previous day. On his first day, he doesn't arrive on time. 8.15, 8.30 no matter how many times we try to reach him or the bhn mainline no one picks up. 8.45 he finally calls. No apologies. He says he's near and how exactly is he to reach the location. You cannot be asking these questions 45 mins after your time of arrival. Nope. I have far sensible care givers coming from other bureaus.
