I booked Best Cleaning for a balconies cleaning service and the experience was excellent. Sharukh Khan did a great job - he cleaned all the windows thoroughly and also helped with other cleaning tasks around the house. Very polite, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend their service!

Excellent service! The two team members (Tofik and Khursid) did a fantastic job cleaning the house thoroughly and efficiently. Every corner was spotless, and they worked with great professionalism. Highly satisfied and would definitely recommend their service!
I called them for entire house cleaning.The workers were punctual cleaning was done. The workers did work hard to complete the job without even taking any break and I am thankful for that. The quality of service did lack professionalism. The company just sent 3 workers when the full house cleaning warranted 4 based on the size I provided. As a result the workers wert really stretched and tired towards the end of the day. It reflected in the quality of work at the end but I did not have any option but to compromise. The workers also did not seem to have the adequate training for a full professional cleaning.
Not only that, the requirement was for sofa shampoo as well but they never got it.
The responsiveness of the company to any queries/feedback was very lethargic.
Overall, they provide some sort of semi-professional service but need to step up significantly to match the services of real professional service providers.
