We had booked our appointment on Thursday for Monday and had also reconfirmed the same on Monday morning, to which we received a confirmation that the appointment would take place as scheduled.
At the given time of 6:00 PM, I called but received no response. When I reached out to the assistant, I was informed that the astrologer was busy in a meeting and was then asked why we don’t reschedule the appointment. I clearly mentioned that we had already been waiting and even if the discussion happened late, we were fine with it, as we needed to update the opposite family. The assistant then informed us that we could call again at 8:00 PM.
We waited patiently and called again at 8:00 PM, but once again there was no response. Messages sent thereafter were ignored. We had postponed our personal evening commitments for this appointment, as this discussion involved both families and required timely communication.
Only after I sent a detailed message expressing my disappointment did we receive a response, which lacked any apology or acknowledgment for the inconvenience caused.
I would like to highlight that everyone’s time is valuable. Horoscope matching is a sensitive and crucial matter when it comes to marriage, as it involves families and important decisions. Such casual handling and lack of communication reflect very unprofessional conduct.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure better coordination, communication, and respect for clients’ time in the future.
