I am from Hyderabad,took the 6 services (1699)The service was very disappointing, and I am not satisfied with the facial and manicure. The beautician completed both services within just 15 minutes. Additionally, the massage was hardly done. She may not have even spent 5 minutes massaging my face or hands ka to bhul hi jao. She did not use a brush to apply the face pack or hand pack; instead, she applied everything directly with her hands.
She also did not apply nail paint as expected in a proper manicure service.
Honestly, the service was so disappointing that I cannot even recommend it to anyone.At the end, she did not even wait for the face pack to dry properly. She quickly wrapped up her things and left.
Additionally, she did not dispose of the waste and did not bring towels, which reflects poor hygiene standards.
Because of this experience, I will have to think twice before booking your services again. I kindly suggest that you please train your beauticians to maintain proper hygiene and focus on client satisfaction. Services should not feel rushed.
I recently booked a home salon service and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The service felt rushed. The hygiene standards were not up to expectations, did not carry any disposable and products were not carried, the beautician didn’t carry talcum powder to apply before waxing , hair were not waxed properly had show each and place ,had sharp nails was poking most of time while massaging, pedicure was completed within 10mins, didn’t carry nail enamel, scrubbing was done in 5 mins,and pathetic part was expecting me to empty the pedicure tub post service and nail cleaning were handled ruff..the final result did not match what was promised. definitely will not recommend to anyone
I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving punctuality, professionalism, and overall service quality.

If you are going for the package thn please don't. They provide very very very basic service. For facial, she din remove my black heads only and when i asked her to remove she said it cannot be removed more. they will do scrub of hardly 1 min also massage for hardly 2 mins thn they will apply face pack and make you sleep for half n hr only to pass time. Pedicure also just shampoo wash they will do no scrubbing, no pack, no bleach, no massage nothing. My pedicure was over in 5 mins. Think twice before calling this service. On the name of package they will provide the service which we can do of our own.
I liked the services provided by @Shanthi- Bengaluru. She was very sweet and polite. She did an excellent job and made me feel so relaxed. I’m really satisfied with the service — everything was done so nicely 😊
