Please don't pay any money, you will be ignored after your full payment. It's been more than a year, I have paid full fees but still now I haven't got anything from them. These people are running scam company.

Receptionist is so rude. Cant give proper information and if she is answering u it was in rude tone. Kindly give customer service training to ur team.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Misleading Promises & Zero Support
I had a very poor experience with Balaji Credits. They initially offer a webinar for Rs.199 under the pretext of educating MSMEs about loans. But their actual goal is to push their main product worth Rs.9,999, promising services like balance sheet preparation as per 31st March, regular audits, and complete handholding.
However, once the payment is made, their behavior changes completely. Before payment, they follow up aggressively, but after receiving the money, there is zero communication or support. No follow-up, no promised services, and absolutely no professionalism. Most of their commitments are just false promises to trap small businesses.
I would strongly advise others to stay away from such misleading services. This feels like a well-crafted scam targeting MSMEs.
Mr. Deepak is a thorough professional and knowledgeable. I feel indebted to his time for educating MSME section people. I highly recommend him. The only thing is that he can reduce the time and make industry specific so that it can be more productive.
