Very poor service bachoo grage
Because no value of tha time
Car service in 45 minutes in started
1hours car service done but paper' working one hours really poor service never come again
My overall first experience with bachoo garage is nice. I had to visit there to replace the broken windshield of my Tata ace. They helped me to go through all the procedure for claiming insurance and getting the windshield replaced. Workshop manager Mr. Salim was really polite and worked really hard for convenience to me and other drivers as well. They have big space to cater large number of vehicles. Experienced and polite staff.
I am their customer from past 8 year but now face too many problems from bachoo garage. Lack of knowledge by technician and no proper customer service. Used faulty parts and same complaint arised for which they have no explanation. Everyone Should avoid get tempo service her so they change their way of working.
No one talk politely and no one understand customer situation and labour charges and spare parts charges is very high no one care about customer time and mechanics rude behaviour very irritating in Bachoo Garage Only i given one star only for Saleem sir his behaviour and way of talking is decent apart from this nathing is there for appreciate.
