We availed the services of Ayushya Health Care for our mother’s colostomy post- operative care. I contacted Mr.Umesh and explained our need for a 24/7 stoma specialised nurse. Mr.Umesh was very patient and understanding and made sure the nurse assigned to us meets our expectations. We were more vigilant because our parents were alone as we reside abroad.
They assigned Nurse Anusafria for our mother. Nurse Anu was very skilled and professional. She started services timely on the assigned date. Through out her duty days she was very attentive to our mothers needs, her stoma care, adminstering medicines timely, recording vitals as discussed and sharing timely with family. She also maintained very good hygine around the patient and otherwise too.
Nurse Anu also assisted our mother for her hospital visits and even during emergency visits. She is knowledgeable and has correct understanding and balance to handle elderly fragile patients and to have discussions with doctors as well.
Over all service by Ayushya Healthcare was on point too. Their rates are pretty reasonable compared to others in market. Payment system is easy too.
