It was very nice doing body massage shirodhara and it was very satisfying. Mr Vinod did a very good job and I was happy with the treatments that are offered here.
Did the panchkarma treatment upon the recommendation of Dr Anjaly KM, and with therapists Meena, Naz and Suvarna. Had a great experience and would highly recommend. The staff were friendly and made the treatment a comfortable and rejuvenating experience.
I’ve had many massages, but at Ayushakti Colaba branch was really amazing, and Meena the therapist is in a league of her own. She has an incredible ability to locate tension I didn't even know I was holding. Her technique is both intentional and highly effective—i came in with severe pain in my hip and just lots of body ache but I left feeling lighter and completely recalibrated. If you’re looking for a therapist who truly understands body mechanics, look no further. Also the Dr consultation was good and the rhe proprietor Alifiyah Diwan is a lovely person, passionate about her business and her staff especially Mr Ismail is super helpful and courteous. This place is truly magical! The ambiance is so calming the moment you walk in. We opted for the full stress-relief package, and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The staff is very welcoming, and a special thanks to Meena ma'am—she gave me a fantastic massage that completely melted my tension away. I feel so refreshed and will definitely be visiting again!
