Third class customer care. No update of Andheri office. They don't bother to inform customer about policy maturity.. other insurance companies do.. never ever buy Aviva life insurance.. Customer enemy
Since morning I am keep on calling but it's not going forward by computerized audio. for English press 1 for Hindi press 2. Selected option is not helping at all. It's keep on repeating the same audio.
It's so disgusting.

The experience was good, customer service team and branch manager were courteous and were prompt in providing resolution.
Horrible experience. Never go there. Very unfriendly. They are all the time only interested in selling new policies but very bad customer service. They will be after you to take new policy by surrendering old policy so that they earn commission and achieve their sales targets. Zero friendliness
Nice place but not visible from the main road people going here should be more vigilant
