A pretty good surgical store which has nearly all the items you may require.
Be wary of their sales people. They talk like they own the place, specially one MR Ajay. Thinks no end of himself, sent a defective product, made me pay for the transport one way while replacing and told me I don’t know how business works. Very unprofessional and rude.
However the owners are more sensible and understanding. If you want to buy anything, directly talk to the owners. They’re definitely more helpful!
Boneset is good quality and the catalogue is there in the box staff service good and cooperative
Worst shop I ever seen. Seller has no business ethics. They does not have any sense how to deal with customers. They have no responsibilities of their own goods. I recommend not to deal with them ever.
I had purchased an autoclave 2yrs ago. Recently its pressure gauge got damaged. I went to their shop to purchase the damaged part three weeks ago. They still havent procured the part and call themselves as manufacturers. On asking so, the concerned person said that they dont manufacture autoclaves. Their aftersales service is very very poor. They probably just sell medical equipments and no spare parts. Highly disappointed!
