Very poor experience with Avant Garde Industries.
After making the full payment, there was absolutely no customer support. We had to struggle a lot just to get a response. Only after posting a review on Google did they finally contact us and supply the machine — and even that took an unnecessarily long time.
Now the situation is worse. No one has come for installation. For the past few weeks, we have been continuously requesting installation support, but there has been zero response from their team.
This kind of service is highly disappointing and unprofessional. Be very careful before making any deal with this company. It’s better to choose another option, even if it costs more, to avoid this kind of hassle.
Very disappointing experience with Avantgarde Industries. After receiving payment, there has been no response to our calls, messages, or emails. Customer care numbers are not responding, and there is no proper support or communication.
Lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Not recommended based on our experience.
Exceptional customer care! Especially by technician Mr Ritik Bahadure and the issue was regularly followed up by Mr. Vishal ji. The whole team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help me. They listened carefully to my concerns, provided clear guidance, and followed up promptly until everything was resolved. I’m very impressed with their dedication and support
I had placed an order for a cartridge in the month of July. By mistake, I had made the payment twice for the same order. Because of this, I was struggling for almost 2 months. I coordinated with everyone, called many people, but I was not getting any response or resolution from anyone.
Later, I coordinated with Ms. Priyanka Yadav. She told me that she had mailed the management regarding my issue and would update me once she received any response. Honestly, I thought maybe she would also behave like others and just give fake assurances — but she didn’t.
She personally followed up and called me regularly to share every update. Because of her continuous support, my issue finally got resolved and I received my money back.
I really appreciate her support and service. She genuinely helped me and got my problem solved. ones again Thank you Priyanka!
