Extremely Disappointed.
I had a very poor experience with this hearing aid centre. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. When I finally saw the audiologist, the consultation felt rushed and impersonal. They barely took time to understand my hearing issues and seemed more focused on pushing expensive hearing aids rather than genuinely helping me. Audiologist directly call my ENT Dr without my consent and told me to buy a hearing aid.
I would not recommend this centre to anyone. Hearing health is too important to be handled so carelessly. Look elsewhere for professional and ethical service.
I am 80 years old lady named Mrs Ila Sharad Trivedi. I had hearing problems since last some time. I went for my ear test to Atharva Speech and Hearing Care located at Borivali west branch.
Madam, whom I met for testing was very smiling face throughout my test.
She explained me everything in detail all instructions, which I had to do and I acted properly.
I got very satisfied and comfortable with her. Also the other members in the center were also very cooperate. Replying soberly.
I would like to recommend to other needy patients also for the treatment.
