The most unethical & unprofessional experience. My appointment was booked for 6 pm. The girl assigned to me has only walked into the door at 7.30 pm on Arti’s instructions despite me having a flight to catch and repeatedly reassured of timely service. Arti was rude, unprofessional and super unethical to return the ₹1000/- and threatened her poor employee to cut salary if she goes back without completing services worth ₹1500/- atleast when I absolutely did not have time for.
My heart goes out to Arti’s employees and clients.
Please don’t be in business if ethics and punctuality are completely absent and be insistent on paying the ₹1000/- advance.
I booked it for my mom, services are really very good, my mom got really very happy, the rates are affordable, they even gave me my mom free massage!
Dissatisfied with the services.. Please don't take their services..
first of all they send the used facial kit with the beautician and beautician dint even know what all facial kits they gave andwhen I checked the other kits those were also used..ithey try to fool us. .they send unprofessional staff.. And use the old methods of massage.beauticians hands was so rough,dint enjoy the services and it's not at all professional..
Courteous and well mannered staff. Good experience at home. Very convenient as well. Looking forward to some great services in future too.
Plz don't take any service from here they make fool of people... I booked an appointment half of the stuff they don't have like been promised they will send rica but then later on they said they stoped useing Rica... they have duplicate lotus manicure ... duplicate all wax and dirty tooo ... and more than that I have taken only 1 service after seeing all the dirty stuff ... Miss Aarti was forcing to pay 1000 no matter you use service or not she is been arguing... 1000 bucks is nothing but if i have not takein the service why would I pay...so it was really worst experience service not up to the mark... don't take any service from here!!!
