My story :-
I made an enquiry with this company regarding distribution system for sand carbon filter of a RO plant. 1st of all they talk very rudely while talking about the prices. And when I agreed to buy the material from them at their quoted price, I asked where from I need to pick up the material. While talking about the price he said me that the material is in his ready stock and when I asked their address they said will send you on whatsapp after confirmation. When i didn't received their address on whatsapp, I left atleast 5 messages on whatsapp, and called atleast 5-10 times an a time span of 48 hours every time they cut the call, while ringing.
3rd day, by mistake a lady in office picked up my call and she gave it to owner of the company. On asking about my material and their address they responded in such a weird way, one can't imagine. He said not to complain about call cut. And if you have such complaints, why you calling us. Go and buy from somewhere else.
Is this a way of talking to a new customer ? This is a scenario, where I have not purchased a material, just think, what happen you buy material from them and then they talk in such a weird and harsh way with you.
