I had called to ask the details but rude and bad behaviour...she cut the call ...in a place like Andheri such people
1) Therapist not trained
2) Tall Promise for gaining customers of providing choice of therapist if you don’t like massage.
3) Charged Rs 50 extra without informing in advance.
4) Therapy given only for 40 min
5) Not concentrated on pain points which was lower back and palm
6) Camera installed in the passage and they ask for moving to other room for shower. Moreover camera is visible to all at the reception
7) Shower room was dirty with water clogged

I told them they are bad business. The massage was horrible. And unfortunately, I don't speak hindi and neither did the staff. I felt taken advantage of not only because of the RUSHED massage and service but they didn't care to hear me out. This review should be no surprise to them. I told them they hustled me. And also had me walk to the ATM.
Worst SPA experience.
