I needed termite treatment. They skipped most part of my home and i still can see termites. Akash who visited my place was overconfident when i was explaining where all i have seen and resulting in poor service.
I have amc with them i have been following up with them from 24th of Jan noone is responding.
Please don't book this, very bad experience
Ankita Pest Control team have done a wonderful job of general pest control and the recent termite treatment for our society. Special thanks to the technicians, Surendra and Sarvesh for taking special care (moving back the furniture etc. after the flat was fully treated). Vipul Singh, the Sales Manager at Ankita is very accomodative and very good with his communication and follow ups. We had a really stubborn rodent problem in our attic that we just couldn't solve ourselves. I called Ankita Pest Control and they sent Mr. Paresh out the next day. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire office, not just the attic. He clearly explained the treatment plan, which included sealing entry points and setting traps. We are now completely pest-free, and I haven't heard a single scratch in weeks! The follow-up was fantastic as well. Highly recommend this company for effective, safe, and professional pest control!"
