Booked bus from Mumbai to banglore and Boarding time was 330 , one person calls me and tells bus will be delayed by 3 hrs.
I am at boarding point at asked time of 6pm amd from then stranded for 3 4 hrs , bus operator is not reachable and so rude whenever connected to tell exact time of arrival.
I would recommend never to use this bus service, I don't think 6 7 hrs of delay is acceptable at all!
