Very bad way to do business.
The owner is very rude he double the amount of the product if someone wants sample.
And then he tell them to collect it from kalbadevi mumbai. Business location is fake (kandivali).
Very bad behaviour with there client he don't know how to talk politely.
Please be aware if you pay him & can't collect the sample from kalbadevi he will not return the amount so take your call accordingly.
He will not inform you earlier that the amount is not refundable.
Very cheap owner.
Disrespectful behaviour towards customer. Even though the product range is good, it's no use. No business ethics and values. They will turn away from their word and take full advantage of the situation. Plus very bad behaviour towards customer. No response for long time, and then rude behaviour.
Kindly take proof or recording of the t&c like shipping charges price as on the day etc etc. Otherwise he will definitely take advantage of the same.
