When will the delivery be made?
There is no phone no to track.
It speaks bad on you for such delays.
Ordered on 10/01/2026, still undelivered and no updates on delivery dates inspite of messaging two times. They do not even provide contact or mobile number and the contact detail provided on their website is disabled or unreachable.
Cheats. Portal say 10% discount. Apply. When I clicked on APPLY, msg, It will be applied at check out. When I submitted my OTP, amount was debited without 10% discount. I immediately cancelled the order and asked for refund. So far NO confirmation of cancellation or Refund.
I have ordered for tea on 08.09.24 and paid the money in advance. Order No. ST86166. The tea packets not delivered till now. No use of complaining through email and SMS.
I have ordered tea 1 Week ago . But , still not get any update about order Status and still not get product Delivery. I am taking follow up by emailing , Whats up from last 1 Week .
