I am a diamond merchant and I took a policy (Iffcotokyo) from them and the alliance has cheated with me and done fraud- be aware specially people who are in diamond related business
Leading insurance broking house of India with its corporate offices in one of the most prime locations in Mumbai.
They have been assigned as my insurance company through work. They asked me to send my original hospital documents to an address in Hyderbad and I recently got a call to say my courier containing original documents have been misplaced and now they want me to take a print out of the forms I already sent, especially with Covid on a sharp rise now. Very poor service. If I end up getting Covid, my blood will be on their hands, especially since I live with my grandmother who is over 80 and my mom who is nearly 60 . Stay away from them.
Worst Service. Pls beware of their offer in Insurance cover. At the end you wasted ur money. better choose any other co.
Not professional. Incase of problems they are not willing to resolve though it is their fault. Owners/ directors do not come to talk, only below line staff keeps you go mary go round.
