Had shipped 30 or more kgs with them internationally. The package ended up after 1.5 months, delayed, in boxes that weren't the ones I had packed them in, with the BRAND NEW books I had shipped completely ruined.
I also had to pay duty charges on arrival not communicated by the company.
Must avoid. Its best to use the more expensive yet reliable companies.
