My experience with Ageas Federal Life Insurance has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The policy was not explained properly at the time of purchase, and once the payment is done, the support completely disappears.
Customer care is practically useless. You keep calling and following up, but there are no clear answers and no real solutions. The branch office is no better — they provide vague responses and take no responsibility.
The biggest issue is that the fund linked to the policy is not monitored or guided properly. There is no proactive support, no performance updates, and no advisory help. If you are taking this policy, be prepared to handle everything yourself. You must track and manage the fund on your own — otherwise, you could end up in serious financial trouble.
This company needs to seriously improve its transparency, accountability, and customer service. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before investing.
Pathetic service. Take 10 day's for minor changes in Bank details. Helpline is a Joke

I was started 2015 to 2019 paid 5 lacks, Agent Sunil agreed with me 2025 you will get 10 lacks. Now I got 780000/- only. Nobody’s responsibility for this matter. This agent sunil is now working Eranakulam he is not attending my phone also. My request nobody’s take this insurance
Worst investment company and support. They Makes promises and do not do anything. Even spoilt the reputation of fedral bank who recommended them to me. Made a mistake of making an investment with them and now they say have to wait for 5 years to switch it or get out which was never mentioned before. They call you only to remind you to pay your premium amount. Other than that no support. Please do not invest with them.
