Very disappointed with the service support from AGD Kerala / Erma regarding our hematology analyzer.
The Erma hematology analyzer in our laboratory has become old and is currently not functioning properly. Because of this, we decided to replace it with a new machine. I contacted the AGD Kerala team and requested them either to visit the lab to take back the machine or to provide reagents equivalent to the remaining amount.
Unfortunately, despite repeated requests, no one from the service team has visited our laboratory or taken any responsibility to resolve the issue. The response has been extremely poor and unprofessional.
For laboratories, reliable equipment and timely service support are critical. Such negligence and lack of accountability from the service team is unacceptable and can seriously affect laboratory operations.
I strongly urge AGD / Erma management to improve their customer service and respond responsibly to customer concerns.
I am sharing this experience so that other laboratories can carefully evaluate the service quality and support before investing in such equipment.
