Public Alert – Beware of Misleading Insurance Sales Practices
I want to share my personal experience to protect others. Some employees here mislead customers into surrendering old policies and purchasing new ones under the promise of “3-year guaranteed returns” (like Amit giri). They trap you always confirm all the term and condition from policy document online always beacuse they will make a edit and show you as well.
🚫 Fact: There is no IRDAI-approved 3-year guaranteed return plan. If you stop paying after 3 years, your policy may become Reduced Paid-Up, causing big financial losses.
💡 Advice:
Always demand official brochures
Verify the plan on the IRDAI website
Do not trust only verbal promises
This review is only to make people aware and save hard-earned money from misleading sales pitches.

Staff is only interested in making you make new investment. They are not there to help you with your previously bought policies . Limited knowledge of past policies. If you go for disinvestment, they treat you like criminals as though you are taking away their money.
3weeks ago visited the branch and explained my complaints regarding the premium paid but not credited in my policy also not received my tax certificate to Mr.Shiva.but no response.Neither he is not receiving my multiple calls.Very poor service to say.
Few weeks back I have visited branch to buy investment plan I have met with branch manager Vikas they told me you investment is bad so I have I asked about cagr of investment I will get in Aditya birla 18 to 20 % such a fooled answers given to me
