Very disappointed with Aditya Birla Health Insurance. My Mama’s claim was rejected for a completely irrelevant reason, even though all medical documents and proofs were provided on time. Their customer support is
unhelpful, and takes no responsibility. For a reputed company, this kind of service is unacceptable.
The whole process was frustrating from start to end. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Aditya Birla Health Insurance and not waste their money or trust on such poor service.

Very bad experience don't buy any insurance from aditya birla insurance company they rejected our claim of 9 lacs during Brain operation even I request after operation for reimbursement even they rejected by given comment we have sckilcell from by birth even I detect after purchasing policy even I submitted all documents regarding this and even brain issue is not related to sckilcell problem don't purchase

Premium is to high compared to other health insurance. While purchasing 1st year they charge less. There's 80 percent rise in premium in two years. Horrible. Better to port policy with other's

Real time issues faced on May 2022
If it were negative star ,it deserves that.

I being an educated citizen, have gone through the very high unreliable scenario with this Company in emergency cashless claim.

There is cashless available at network hospital but approval during emergency >3days with 10 follow ups,

Cashless enhancement request at network hospital > 5 days ,

Cashless reenhancemet request at network hospital > 48 hours,

Discharge Approval despite reenhancemet Approval, > 48 hours.

All above after several like 25 to 30 phone calls, emails and follows ups during emergency admission.

No answer to queries on email of deductions since last 72 hours plus.

No email or sms acknowledgement of claim documents received or processing started, NO TAT OF 2 hrs in paper followed ever.

Every time you call customer service they would assure you 30 min to get work done which will postpone to days hours with standard reply systems are DOWN IT Issues.

There is but very late responsiveness, high marketing but no customer centricity.

Good office with very large space. From goregaon (E) station you can get auto charging around 25 rs. Good staff at reception.
