I would ideally give a big ZERO to this irresponsible and arrogant agency person SHIV KUMAR.
They do not understand the meaning of "service industry".
Living in a old age technology where you cannot connect with them on smart phone and landline is the only option.
Even if you want to pay them an additional money for an iteration they will blame you for changes and will not give you the revised file.
Do not go for this agency for any translation.
