One of the worst deal of fire safety and equipment . Pathetic service and illogical people seating at working place. There is no such policy written on the paper but they claim sir we don’t do this.. before customer approach or you sale product at least have duty to tell them about it..
I m definitely going to Stop buying thing from them .
great I don’t know the difference between Fire ball and Fire bucket. Haahahahahah
But for that at least have courtesy to delivered basic standard product to customer… multiple places plastic is open…
Basic one there is no crew and ravel plug. Why customer will suffer to hardware Customer saying this is not a genuine product… for that I request to your employee that there is no used of this fire ball for me instead of that give me fire bucket.. I was trying to get my money settle someone we also earn money.. I don’t want to waste this money.. that’s why you employee told me we don’t replace it . before buying product definitely customer king after that you make make….. and give them rly like we don’t know difference between fire ball and fire bucket..
