Worst experience. They stop answering calls as soon as the agency fees is debited from your account. Replacement policy is as per their convenience. They will lie to the maids about the job description & when the maid comes she starts acting as if she is completely unaware of the work. Their client service person Ayaan is most duplicitous person you will come across. Don't be fooled by their good reviews.
I am very happy with the service of 24/7 maid solutions. They provide trustworthy house maids and handle everything smoothly. I appreciate their service.

Highly unprofessional and fraud agency - I had a very bad experience with this agency. After paying 60% of the total fees for 4 months upfront, they initially assigned a nanny who left within 40 days citing health issues. Since then, despite repeated follow-ups with both the owner Ankit and staff member Afreen, no replacement has been provided.
They have stopped responding to calls and messages, and have completely ghosted us after taking our money. Their behavior is highly unprofessional and feels like a clear case of fraud.
If you're a parent looking for reliable help, please stay away from this agency. They are not trustworthy, and once they have your money, they stop all support.
Horrible service. They took the whole year payment for providing the maid. The maid went on leave and did not return. They kept on saying that they will provide the replacement after 7 - 10 days. After 10 days they stopped responding to my calls and there is silence from their end. They just want to make money and provide no service. Beware guys. I have burnt my fingers so cautioning others from facing the same fate.
Very poor and unprofessional service... The agency is just acting like a middle man betqeen maids and employers. The agency does not send proper maids. The maid that was assigned to me took 20 days leaves for her wedding and did not come back. She only sent me whatsapp mssg that she wont come due to family issues.. I was then given back up maid with no proper background verification. The backup maid did not have neatness in work. This my experience of 3 months. Please don't waste your money here like I did... I paid 17,000.
