I recently used Pay Protect for a transaction and I must say, it was a nice way of ensuring secure payment. The process was smooth and hassle-free. However, I do feel that the charges are a bit high at 2%. I recently had to make a purchase worth 50k and ended up paying 1000 bucks to IDRL as Pay Protect charges. While I appreciate the security and peace of mind that Pay Protect offers, I do think that the charges can be a bit steep for larger transactions.
It would be great if Pay Protect could consider reducing their charges to 1.5% for orders above 10k. This would make it more affordable for buyers and sellers alike, especially for those who frequently make large transactions. Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided by Pay Protect and would recommend it to others looking for a safe and secure payment option. However, I do hope that they take this feedback into consideration and make their charges more reasonable in the future.

Being a beginner, I was pleasantly surprised by the Indian community here at IDRL, they are really knowledgeable and very helpful. The Marketplace in the IDRL app is a boon to get all products both used and new in India. Almost all RC related Indian website owners are present in IDRL, so you can keep track of stock availability and purchase directly from them. The Payprotect feature is very important for first time buyers & sellers. It is basically an Escrow service without any charges!
